Online Social Media Executive

We are looking for an Online & Social Media Executive to manage social media accounts by implementing strategies and tactics that help increase followers, engage and retain them, understand how and why designing products and services can drive strategic growth for our partners.

 

You should have a good command of both English and Arabic, great analytical skills, and basic knowledge of best practices and trends in social media marketing, enjoy being creative, and understand how to both build a two-way conversation with fans and convert fans into potential customers.

Experience

  • Prepare monthly editorial calendars for several accounts

  • Create and write social media posts, articles, newsletters, and blogs in both languages Arabic and English.

  • Publish posts on social channels  for several projects

  • Manage online feedbacks on social media handles

  • Engage with followers and create a real community 

  • Continuously test for best timings and practices for social posting

  • Be updated on social media trends and tools

  • Create growth marketing strategies 

  • Manage incoming media requests, creating, executing, and measuring ads campaigns

  • Use google analytics and other tools to provide reports on metrics continuously.

  • Reviewing metrics and recommend new strategies and best practice

  • Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of our performance channels

  • Create social media reports and measure KPIs

  •  Conduct primary and secondary research per project

  • Project Management: Coordinate several tasks from different projects with the team. 
     

  • Minimum 3+ year of experience in content creation and community management / social media

  • Strong and impeccable command of Arabic & English

  •  Experience in environments with multiple projects and clients

  • Experience in social projects that make an impact 

  • Hands-on experience with Social Media trends, best practices, and tools (Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, Linkedin, Youtube)

  • ​Knowledge in Online Marketing

  • A track record of high quality and creative content output

  •  Detail-oriented

  • Deep understanding of SEO, social media metrics, analysis, and mapping them into the communications agenda.

  • Knowledge in Managing e-commerce websites is a plus

  • Having Photography, Graphic Design or Animation skills is an advantage

  • Believes in social impact and solidarity work

  • Attention to detail, critical thinker and problem solver
